Responsibilities:
As an HVAC helper, your responsibilities will be to install residential and commercial HVAC equipment including IAQ products with supervision our lead technician. You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and effectively communicate with our customers and team members.

Most importantly you will provide customers with the equipment to better their lives and ensure their safety and health. 

Other key tasks:

• Maintain communication with tech and office personnel.
• Keep the company truck clean, inside and out.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have and maintain the proper certifications.
• Have own hand tools.

Desired skills and experience for the HVAC tech we hire:

• Understanding of HVAC operation fundamentals
• Ability to read, understand, and work from specifications and drawings
• Ability to work as a team player
• Installation of accessories such as humidifiers, UV lights, and air filtration systems
• Designing, fabricating, and installing duct fittings and ducts 
• Knowledge of gas, electric, and oil systems
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business
• Clean motor vehicle record
