"My heater failed during 20 degree temperature. I made about 20 phone calls before I found somebody willing to come help out at night. It was extra hard because we have an oil powered furnace. Doug was fantastic. He was willing to help and showed up at 7pm. He didnt have a part that was needed but offered to go get it and return even if it meant completing the job after midnight. We agreed that he would return early the next morning, which he did. The price was reasonable and I will definitely keep pjmack in mind for the future."
